General Information

The resident since 1978 recently passed and EVERYTHING MUST GO in preparation to sell the house.  It was a non-smoking house but they had pets, most recently a cat. Items listed here will be available for sale by appointment Thursday, Dec. 8 and Friday, Dec. 9 and open to the public on Saturday, Dec. 10 between 9 a.m and 5 p.m. If you want to buy any of the items site unseen (I posted dimensions and took pictures showing condition), I'll accept a PayPal deposit with final payment due at pickup.  Must be between Thursday, Dec. 8 and the morning of Sunday, Dec. 11.  631 Cindy Lane Ballston Spa, New York

Colonial style dining room set, solid pine and New York made. Includes oval table (with two leaves and dust cover), six chairs (two with arms), buffet and serving side table. Table is 38” x 60” x 21” tall.  Each of the two leaves are 12” Buffet is 53.5” x 18” x 36” tall (to table top), 79.5” tall with shelf Serving table is 34” x 19” x 34.5” tall (drop leaf adds 5.5” to depth) Estimate vintage to be late 1970’s or early 1980’s.  $1000 or best offer for all (cash or Paypal),  Pickup in Ballston Spa December 8, 9 or 10.  See pictures for condition.   Serving Table Serving table is 34” x 19” x 34.5” tall (drop leaf adds 5.5” to depth) In overall good condition with some scratches.  See pictures.
